"Relax: The cat"
Bobby Q · 2026
With a brilliant dose of humor and originality, "Relax: The Cat" is a delightful anthropomorphic portrait that transforms the usual feline sovereignty into a moment of pure pampering and relaxation. The artwork presents a charismatic orange tabby cat enjoying his own at-home spa session, impeccably dressed in a white bathrobe, a towel wrapped around his head, and two cucumber slices covering his eyes. Bobby Q masterfully plays with the conventions of classic portraiture to immortalize a scene as everyday as it is hilarious, creating a fictional character that exudes freshness, attitude, and unwavering peace of mind.
